The hotel is located on the man-made peninsula “The Palm”, next to a lush palm garden and overlooking a long private white sand beach. The style, a curious mix of Andalusian and Moorish architecture, refers to an image of calm and tranquility that clearly contrasts with the vitality of Dubai, whose glittering skyscrapers can be seen in the distance.

The complex has 64 rooms, 27 suites and 4 private beachfront villas. The Manor House, a three-storey building occupying the central body of the property, houses 21 rooms and some suites. The “Palm Manor Premiere Rooms” are spacious 65 square meters rooms, elegantly furnished and capable of mixing Arabic and contemporary style; they all have a private balcony or patio.

With its 3 restaurants run by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno. The “Zest”, the hotel’s main restaurant, serves breakfast lunch and dinner mixing culinary influences from the Middle East, Asia and the West. The “101”, which owes its name to the 101 seats in its “over-water” outdoor dining room, is located on the property’s private marina: it serves tapas from lunchtime until late in the evening and style dishes.
